We regret to inform you that we (EL TETEO) do not offer refunds for ticket purchases. As clearly stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final,
and we do not save credits for future events.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As an alternative, we recommend using Ticket Swap, where you can securely sell your ticket to someone else.

Yes

Generally people have the option to add upgraded refund terms to their order in the ticketshop. This, however, operates independent from Eventix or EL TETEO as it is via XCover directly. Request a refund via XCover directly if you book that option.

view the details of your protection through XCover, you’ll need to activate your account. Find the XCover confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder and click the activation link. This email should have been sent shortly after you received the confirmation of your order.

Activating your XCover account is essential for accessing features and managing your protection.
